Refund Policy

At NGO Management System, we deeply value your contribution. Because payments made toward our active digital donation forms are voluntary contributions for social warfare, they are generally non-refundable.

• Technical Error Window: If a double charging or redundant gateway failure occurs due to technical glitches, a full refund request must be lodged strictly within 7 days of the invoice timestamp.
• Audit & Settlement: Validated technical refund claims undergo deep verification logs. Approved amounts return to the origin node account within 5 to 7 operational working days.
• Tax Certificate Lockout: No refund requests can be processed under any circumstances once the structural 80G donation tax exemption certificate has been generated by the server.
