01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform managed by Devanshzeal Social Welfare Foundation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal terms, along with our active Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these operational guidelines, you must stop using our website and digital panels immediately.

02. User Panel & Account Registration

When creating an account on our platform for volunteer management or donor tracking, you agree to the following terms:

  • Accurate Details: You must provide authentic profile credentials during registration. Fake data can lead to your account being locked out.
  • Credential Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the privacy of your dashboard passwords. Our backend uses secure dynamic password reset scripts handled via Hostinger SMTP or local fallback engines.
  • No Unauthorized Access: Modifying URLs to bypass login walls, dropping .php tracking extension structures manually, or testing database injections will trigger security flags and permanent IP bans.

03. Donation Rules & Minimum Limits

Devanshzeal Social Welfare Foundation processes financial donations directly through integrated secure payment gateways:

04. Spam Prevention & Security Locks

Technical Terms Notice: Trying to brute-force form fields, intentionally breaking asset loaders, or overloading scripts to skip validation layers is strictly prohibited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access if hosting nodes drop or server scripts encounter cache syncing discrepancies. The Super Admin reserves full privileges to modify database settings, donation caps, or profile properties instantly without warning.

07. Legal Jurisdiction & Contact

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website, financial contributions, or administrative panels fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
